我們的理念

 

       我相信,用自然的方法,只要可以做到三養:保養營養加上修養,身體定能達到最佳的狀態。

 

長期的身體疲累,營養的失衡再加上日常生活的壓力造成精神緊繃,這樣一股負面的能量在身體上累積,身體的健康一定會慢慢的走下坡,很多的慢性疾病也都是這樣產生的。

 

就如脊骨神經醫學的健康金三角理論,用運動,脊背調理,芳香療法讓身體結構維持平衡,使神經傳導順暢;飲食營養保持均衡,加上我們的心靈上的富足快樂,時時保持心情愉快。當身體在充滿正面的能量時,這樣身體怎麼會生病呢?唯有靠保養營養加修養,提升自己身體的自癒能力,才能達到身心靈的健康。

     Dr. Joey Chuang is a believer of holistic and preventive medicine, using non-invasive and non-pharmaceuticals techniques to promote one's innate healing power; he believes with balance of nutrition, exercise and emotion, one can reach the optimum wellness.

 
Dr. Chuang graduated from Southern California University of Health Science with Doctor of Chiropractic degree, and received bachelor of science degree in biomedical engineering from University of Southern California. He is California licensed chiropractor and practiced in Los Angeles area for 3 years before he moved back to Taiwan.

And now, he is in the City of Taichung to serve you.
